Indian Trail Deck and Fence got its start in 2016, when Indian Trail was already growing fast and homeowners here were looking for contractors who actually knew the area. The town was filling up with subdivision neighborhoods, families putting down roots, and backyards that deserved more than a concrete stoop.
Since then, we have built custom decks, composite decks, fences, pergolas, and screened porches for homeowners across Union County and the surrounding Charlotte metro area. We know the red clay soil under most of these properties. We know which subdivisions have HOA rules that need to be addressed before a permit is filed. That local knowledge shows up in how we design and how we build.
Indian Trail is home. The people we build for are our neighbors - in communities near Crooked Creek Park, in the newer developments off Highway 74, and in the established neighborhoods closer to Town Hall. A deck or fence on your home stays there for decades. We build like it.
Every project goes through Union County's permit process. You get an independent inspection at key stages - not just our word that the work was done right.
You see the design, materials, and total price in writing before we file a single permit. No surprises mid-project, and no pressure to add things you did not ask for.
